植物长链脂酰辅酶A合成酶研究进展

摘 要:

长链脂酰辅酶A合成酶[long-chain acyl-coenzyme A (CoA) synthetase, LACS]在脂肪酸合成代谢和分解代谢中具有重要的作用, 可催化游离脂肪酸形成相应脂酰辅酶A, 进入其代谢途径。本文对LACS的作用功能、酶学特性、底物选择性及当前相关研究进展等方面进行了综述与总结, 并对今后研究的重点和方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Long-chain acyl-coenzyme A (CoA) synthetase (LACS) plays an important role in metabolism and catabolism in fatty acid synthesis, which catalyzes free fatty acids to form corresponding fatty acyl-CoA and into the metabolic pathways. In this review, we covered function, enzymatic characters, selectivity on substrate, and the current research progress of LACS family. We also put forward the future research focus and research significance about the LACS family.
